PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS
Attendance is mandatory for all students. No student will be permitted to
appear in the exam without being present on time.
Any form of unfair means will result in strict disciplinary actio
Minimum passing marks are 50%. Students must secure at least 50% in
each subject to pass the midterm examination.
Reporting Time:
All students must enter the college by 8:15 a.m. sharp.
*Latecomers will not be given any extra time.
*Students arriving after the paper has started will not be given the
MCQs paper.
Dispersal Time: The College will close at 12:00 noon, for 3 hours paper
while at 11:00 a.m. for two hours paper.
Students must bring all required stationery and their college ID cards.
Maintain silence and discipline throughout the examination hours.
